MAHA-A is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the cost of buying and renting homes across the United States. We help families, seniors, young adults, and individuals who are priced out of housing.

Who We Are
MAHA-A stands for Make American Housing Affordable Again.
We were created to address the growing housing affordability crisis affecting millions of Americans.
In the past, families could purchase homes with manageable incomes. Today, housing costs have risen beyond reach for many. Our mission is to restore affordability through ethical, community-driven solutions.
WHO WE HELP
Who are those we have priority to help
MAHA-A supports people who struggle to afford safe and stable housing:
Homeless people
Those with a poverty level annual income
(Individual: $15,500.)
(Couple: $21,550.)
Young adult living with parents due to rents being unaffordable.
A couple in their twenties who cannot afford a down payment and / or monthly mortgage payments on current prices for a house to buy.
A senior citizen whose social security check is not able to keep up with rent increases for an apartment

HOW IT WORKS
Our Housing Model
We are here to help those in need of housing. With generous grant funds and caring individual donors
Your cost would be reduced by 2/3rds
What We Do:
✔ Buy houses, condos, and apartment buildings
✔ Resell homes at reduced prices
✔ Lower rents for tenants
✔ Partner with real estate professionals
✔ Enforce fair-use policies
Examples:
Reduce the cost of renting an apartment from $2,100. per month to $700.
Reduce the cost of buying a house or condo from $600,000 to $200,000
