We, the Board of Directors, are working to establish our non-profit organization.  As grant funds and donations come in, we will be hiring an administrative staff and setting up an office.

When we can handle your applications and work with our real estate brokers to find suitable housing, we will place application forms on this website so those who need of our help can apply.

We Will prioritize buying houses in rent control cities and include an a requirement in any escrow documents that the buyer  of a house or condo can not resale the property for at least ten years  with any substantial increase in price above the inflation rate.  The same requirement will be included in our agreement in any apartment complex we buy and sell:  no rent increase for ten years above  the rent control and inflation levels.
